If you don’t receive your product, just email us your order details and we’ll send you a new one. Please make sure to provide your correct name, email, and phone number during purchase, so the product link is sent to the right email address you enter at checkout.

We recommend downloading the product right after your purchase. If you face any issues, feel free to email us for help
